Who is behind Pogama and how to reach us — the information EU law asks every online service to publish.

This document was written to describe how Pogama actually works and to meet the laws of the EU, the United States and Uruguay. If something is unclear, write to soporte@pogama.xyz.

GS Team 2026 is responsible for the content of this website and for the Pogama desktop app.

2. Points of contact (Digital Services Act)

Under articles 11 and 12 of the EU Digital Services Act, our single point of contact for authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, and for users of our services, is soporte@pogama.xyz. You can write to us in English or Spanish. You don't have to use an automated tool: an email reaches a person.

To report illegal content in our shared features (Work, Teams), follow the steps in the Terms of Service (“Shared features and reporting illegal content”).

3. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logos, the Pogama name, the mascot Pocho, the software and other elements of this website and of the app belong to GS Team 2026 or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them beyond what the law allows without permission. Open-source components keep their own licenses: see the open-source notices.

5. Terms and applicable law

Use of Pogama is governed by the Terms of Service, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy Policy. The law of Uruguay applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live. Every legal document is listed in the legal center.
