01The workspace
Meet Pogama.
A desktop app where your conversations, code, repositories and tasks share one context — and nothing touches your files without your say.
Ask with your project as context.
Any model you connect, in one conversation that already knows the folder you're in.
Your project already uses a token bucket in lib/limits.ts. I'd reuse it for POST /login: 5 attempts per minute per IP, then a 429 with Retry-After.
I've prepared the change — review it before anything is written.
What are we building today?
02AI
Work with the modelyou want.
Cloud or local, switch per chat. Your API keys live in your operating system's credential store — the app can use them, but never read them back.
- Choose your model
- Per chat, or “Auto” picks one by task; a fallback takes over if it fails.
- Keep project context
- Instructions, files and knowledge travel with your question.
- Use agents
- Mention one with @, or give a project its own team.
- Review actions
- Edits arrive as diffs; commands ask before they run.

Agents
Delegate the work.
Keep the control.
Give a project its own team of agents, mention one with @, or switch modes — Ask, Plan, Build, Research, Agent. Each step is visible, and anything sensitive waits for you.

Review
Runs the tests — after asking you
Run a command in pogama-web?
npm test
You see the exact command, path or URL before anything runs. Deny always wins.
03Code
AI proposes.You decide.
When the AI wants to change a file, you get a side-by-side diff first. Nothing is written until you accept it, and every applied change can be undone.
- Writes always go through review
- Commands run only with your permission
- Every change is recorded in a tamper-evident history
export async function POST(req: Request) { const body = await req.json();+ const ok = await limiter.take(ip(req), 5, "1m");+ if (!ok) return tooMany();- // TODO: rate limit return verify(body); }

Less switching.
More building.
Start a session from any task. Breaks pause the music, the history stays on your computer, and Pogama's own notifications can wait until you're done.
05Security
Security you can see.Not just a promise.
Security Lab checks code before you run it. The Cybersecurity workspace keeps authorized security work in order: scope, assets, findings and evidence — local-first.

07Connected
Your work is
fragmented.
A browser. A terminal. Three AI tabs. A Git client, notes, a task board, meeting recordings — and you, copying context between them.
Pogama gives it
one context.
It doesn't replace every tool you use. It brings the work around your code into one place — so the AI sees the project, the task and the code together.

FAQ
Questions,
answered plainly.
What is Pogama?
A desktop app for working with AI: conversations with any model, agents, projects with their own files and instructions, a code editor with reviewed changes, terminals, Git, tasks and more — in one window.
Where is my data stored?
On your computer: projects, chats, history and the audit log. API keys go to your operating system's credential store. A Pogama account is optional; it's used for team tasks, licenses and Client Hub sync, where client credentials are encrypted on your device before syncing.
Which AI models can I use?
Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, Ollama, LM Studio and any OpenAI-compatible server. You can switch per chat and mix cloud and local models.
Can I use my own API keys?
Yes — that's how the desktop app works. Keys are saved to the OS credential store; the interface can use them but never read them back, and each key is only sent to the host it was saved for.
Does Pogama modify my code automatically?
No. Changes to files are shown as a diff and only written when you accept them, and can be undone. Commands, network access and tools ask for permission first.
Which platforms are supported?
Pogama is built for Windows today. macOS and Linux builds aren't available yet.
One workspace.
Built for actual work.
