Cookie Policy

Every cookie and every bit of browser storage pogama.xyz uses — and the ones it doesn't.

Last updated:

This document was written to describe how Pogama actually works and to meet the laws of the EU, the United States and Uruguay. If something is unclear, write to soporte@pogama.xyz.

In short

  • pogama.xyz only uses cookies and storage that are strictly necessary: to keep you signed in, remember your language, carry an invitation through sign-up, and keep your web chat history in your own browser.
  • No advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party trackers, no social media pixels, no embedded third-party content.
  • Because everything is strictly necessary, there is no consent banner — the law doesn't require one for these, and we won't add anything that would.

1.What cookies and browser storage are

A cookie is a small piece of text a website asks your browser to keep and send back on later visits. Browser storage ("localStorage") is similar, but stays in your browser and is never sent to the server automatically. Both are covered by the same rules (the EU ePrivacy Directive, art. 5(3), and the laws that implement it), so this page lists both.

This policy is about the website pogama.xyz, operated by GS Team 2026. How we handle personal data in general is in our Privacy Policy.

2.Cookies we use

All of them are first-party (set by pogama.xyz itself, not by anyone else) and strictly necessary.

NameWhen it's setWhat it's forHow long
sb-<project>-auth-token (may be split into …-auth-token.0, .1)When you sign in or create an account on the websiteKeeps you signed in to your account area securely. <project> is the identifier of our authentication service (Supabase). It contains your session tokens, not your password.Until you sign out, or up to 400 days; refreshed while you use the site
sb-<project>-auth-token-code-verifierDuring some sign-up and password-reset flowsA random one-time value that proves the code or link you use was requested from this browser.Only while that flow is in progress
pogama-langWhen you choose a language or open a page with /en or /es in its addressRemembers your language ("en" or "es") so pages open in it.1 year
__Host-pogama_inviteWhen you accept an invitation linkHolds the invitation while you sign in or create an account, so it can be claimed afterwards. Not readable by scripts.Until it's claimed, or up to 7 days (less if the invitation expires sooner)
__Host-pogama_invite_resultRight after an invitation is claimedShows the result of the claim once. Not readable by scripts.10 minutes

The session and invitation cookies are only set on the account pages and sign-in pages, and only if you use them. Just browsing the public pages sets no cookie, unless you pick a language.

3.Browser storage we use

KeyWhat it's forHow long
pogama.webchat.v1.<account id>Your web chat history (up to 30 conversations), kept only in this browser and only for your account. Our servers never store your conversations.Until you delete it in the chat or sign out — signing out deletes the history of every account in this browser

We don't use sessionStorage, IndexedDB or any other browser storage on the website.

4.Analytics without cookies

When enabled, the website records a few anonymous product events — such as "download clicked" or "pricing viewed" — to know what works. Each event carries only its name, the page path and a few short non-identifying values. It uses no cookies and no storage, no identifiers and no fingerprinting, and it never includes anything you type. Events go to an endpoint we operate, not to an analytics company.

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, no event is sent at all.

5.Third parties

No third party sets cookies through pogama.xyz. We don't embed advertising, social media buttons, videos, maps or external fonts: the site's fonts are served by the site itself. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as your IP address) to deliver pages, which doesn't involve cookies — see the Privacy Policy.

7.How to control or delete them

You can see and delete cookies and site data in your browser's settings (usually under Privacy or Site settings), or block them for pogama.xyz. If you block the session cookies you won't be able to sign in to the account area; the public pages keep working. Signing out removes the session cookies and the web chat history from that browser.

8.The desktop app

The Pogama desktop app doesn't use cookies to track you. It keeps your data in its own folder on your computer (settings, chats, projects and the rest), in its own local databases, and your API keys in your operating system's credential store. None of it is shared with us; usage data is only sent if you agree, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

If you open web content inside the app — for example a music player from Spotify, YouTube or Apple Music, or a website — that service may set its own cookies under its own policy, as it would in a browser.

9.Changes and contact

If the cookies or storage we use change, we update this page and the date at the top before the change goes live. Questions: soporte@pogama.xyz.
