1. What this policy covers
This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everything you do with Pogama: the desktop app, the website and its chat, your account and the shared features (Work, Teams, Client Hub sync). It also applies to what you ask an AI to do through Pogama.
AI providers you connect have their own usage policies. You must follow them too; they apply to what you send them.
2. Illegal and harmful content
Don't use Pogama to create, store, share or request:
- child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualizes minors — we report it to the competent authorities;
- content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or incites violence;
- threats, harassment, stalking, doxxing (publishing someone's private information) or intimate images shared without consent;
- hate speech that attacks people for who they are;
- content that infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive content presented as genuine (for example fake documents, reviews or receipts);
- anything else that is illegal where you are or where the content is received.
3. Security work: only with authorization
Pogama includes security tools: Security Lab (local analysis of files and archives) and the Cybersecurity workspace (for assessments). They exist for defensive and authorized work.
- Scan only files, folders and archives you own or are authorized to inspect.
- Test, scan or assess only systems, networks, applications and accounts you own or for which you have explicit, written permission from the owner, within the agreed scope and time.
- Don't use Pogama to gain unauthorized access, to exploit vulnerabilities in systems you aren't authorized to test, to disrupt services (including denial-of-service), or to intercept other people's communications.
- Don't develop, distribute or deploy malware, ransomware, spyware, credential stealers, botnets or exploits intended to harm others.
- Don't use Pogama to circumvent security measures, licenses or technical protections, including other services' access controls or rate limits.
Legitimate research is welcome: if you find a vulnerability in Pogama itself, report it privately to soporte@pogama.xyz and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.
4. Crypto
The crypto wallets feature is read-only and for addresses you are entitled to track. Don't use it to monitor people without a lawful reason, and don't use Pogama for money laundering, sanctions evasion or other financial crime. Never paste a seed phrase or private key into Pogama: it rejects them, and nobody legitimate will ask you for them.
5. Respect for other people
- In Teams and Work, respect the people you work with. Don't send spam, unwanted bulk messages or messages to people who blocked you through other means.
- Don't share other people's personal data, credentials or confidential information without the right to do so.
- Don't upload files you know to be malicious to shared spaces.
- Don't use Pogama to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on people (for example about employment, credit or housing) based only on AI output, without human review.
6. Respect for the Service
- Don't try to bypass plans, licenses, daily limits or quotas, for example by forging or sharing licenses, creating accounts in bulk or automating the web chat.
- Don't probe, attack or overload Pogama's servers, or access data or accounts that aren't yours.
- Don't resell, sublicense or offer the Service to others as your own, except as the EULA allows.
- Don't misuse invitations or referrals, for example with fake or duplicate accounts.
- Don't reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows (see the EULA).
7. What happens if the rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may warn you, remove or restrict content, limit features (such as the web chat), suspend or close your account, and, where the law requires it or people are at risk, inform the authorities. We act in proportion and, unless the law or someone's safety prevents it, we tell you the reason and how to ask us to reconsider.
Most of what you do in the desktop app happens only on your computer: we don't see it and don't monitor it. We act on what reaches our servers and on reports we receive.
8. How to report
Write to soporte@pogama.xyz with what you found, where it is and why you think it breaks this policy or the law. The details we need are listed in the Terms of Service (“Shared features and reporting illegal content”). For copyright, follow the Copyright policy.
